MYOB AO Tax 2018 bugs

Hi,

 

We have just started doing 2018 Client Tax Returns, and we are currently are unable to access/generate the following schedules in the Individual Tax Return

  • estimate (F4)
  • update spouse details
  • T4 Zone offset
  • T3 spouse super contribution
  • T6 Invalid Carer
  • T7 Landcare
  • T8 Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnership
  • T9 Early Stage Investor
  • T10 Other non-refundable tax offsets
  • M2 - number of dependent Children

 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I think I may have found the solution - I believe I need to refresh the system service links

I am also experiencing the same problems as TandP - I cannot access/generate many chedules within the return...

Is the Refresh System Services suggestion the solution??

Not being able to generate an estimate will be able to be fixed by refreshing the system services links, as you found. Thanks for posting the solution for any others with this issue on the forum!
