MYOB AO doesnt start

MYOB AO doesnt start

hi, my problem its very simple as the application doesnt even start, no matter if i double click it or run as a administrador i only have a  window popping up that says :

congratulations! your practice has installed a new version of  myob accountant office.

please upgrade your WORKSTATION.

then i click YES and another window pops up saying thats upgrading then everything disappears after 5 seconds and  simply nothing happens..

any hints? thanks

The online AO server/s may be down for maintenance, at the moment. Suggest you try again tomorrow morning (Tuesday). Just a guess - but other MYOB online services - AR Live and Essentials - have recently had server outages.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the workstation upgrade for Accountants Office.

 

Have you recently performed an upgrade of Accountants Office?  

What version of Windows are you using?

Are you able to run the "clientframework.exe" program from C:\MYOBAO\AOSQL\central\deploy\ folder?  does the same problem exhibit?

 

There are a variety of things that could potentially cause this issue - given that you are currently not able to log into the software at all - I would suggest giving our support team a call on 1300 555 666 and one of our team will be able to resolve this for you.
