MYOB AO - green tick missing

This may seem like a weird one but when I previously prepared tax returns in MYOB Tax and they were completed, there was a green tick next to them.  Now there is no longer a green tick.  Does anyone know how to get it back??

I used to use it to see which of my  "In progress" returns were completed but not yet sent for signature.

Hi @LouiseG

Thank you for your post.

To get the green tick to appear next to your return you will need to ensure that the blank field from ‘Field Chooser’ is selected.

The steps below will show how to add it back in:

1. Go to your tax returns list

2. Right click anywhere in the tax list and click on Field Chooser

3. Drag and drop the blank field into the column headers

4. The green tick should appear next to a return that is completed. You might see some other icons as well for example an O, which represents an original return that has an amendment
