MYOB AO- unable to prepare estimates or see Spouse details window

Hello

I have just updated to 2018.2 and I can not perform the following two tasks.

1/ No estimates

I have done system refresh and run Repair exe twice and it has not resolved it.

 

2/ Spouse details

Despite doing the system refresh as suggested in other posts  I still cant get Spouse detail window to open. I have linked the spouse income from their file but the parameters do not have 0 entered hence I can not lodge. When I hover over the K it only shows me the selection for sex of partner not the  'spouse detail' windows that allows you to select review.

 

Do I just delete it and start agin and manually enter it?

Welcome to the Community Forum, and thanks for your question!

 

You do not mention which tax year you are having the issue with - whether it is 2018 or an earlier year. The steps will vary depending on the year affected. However, the solution for the issue you are getting (and they are related to each other), will be to refresh system services links. I've included a link to our Help article, which steps you through the steps for both 2018 as well as earlier years:
