MYOB Accountants Office Debtors Ledger - Explanation Column. How can we add if not making an adjustment
In order to more easily identify which bills have been raised to a client for the fiancial statements and tax returns is there a way of adding an explanation?
Our admin team have advised that the only way to do this is if you make a ledger adjustment.
In order to determine which bills have been raised, or even to compare the fees charged for the last three years we are currently having to find the date via all documents that the financials and tax returns went out, then drill down into invididual invoices to try and find which ones contain the fees for financials and tax returns, which is time consuming.
Ideally, it would be great to have something in the explanation column to identify these items straight away.
Please advise whether this is possible and if so how so that we can instruct Admin accordingly.
