MYOB PDF Manager running extremely slowly

Recently my MYOB PDF Manager has started running extremely slowly - it is taking around 10 mins receive files from the watchfolder and the program is constantly crashing or freezing. It was working efficiently prior to this - is there anything I can do to speed it up or any reason why this may be happening?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

 

Sorry for the late reponse.

 

If the PDF Manager software is running slowly/freezing, we recommended checking you are using version 1.7.  Version 1.6 is known to have these issues.

 

The software upgrade files are available on the my.myob.com.au website.
