Missing pre-fill data

I have validation error V117l private health insurance policy details are incomplete. Yet i cannot add themissing date because the field is greyed - having been prefilled. The pre fill report itself shows the necessary data but it hasnt come accross into the return.

Are you able to clarify the MYOB program you are using as well as where you are encountering the validation error?

Hi Thanks. I am using Accountant's Office 

The validation error is imn the individual's 2019 tax return. It was prefilled with the ATO data but some of the health insurance premium and rebate data didnt input and i cannot seem to manually enter it into the relevant item numbers.
