PAYG Instalments - I Returns

When preparing an I Return where do you enter the PAYG instalments a taxpayer has paid for the year.

Thanks for your question!

 

The PAYG instalments paid during the year can be entered into the return properties, and those details are not sent to the ATO (they are used within the estimate).

 

To locate the area, open the return and to the top right, click on the last icon (Return Properties). It is highlighted in yellow in the image below:

Once you are in Return Properties, click on the PAYG / Lodge tab, and you will then see the PAYG instalments area in the top right of the window.
