Portal - Signed Documents not being pulled back into Document Manager

Hi

 

We have completed a clients signed task and the documents are not coming back into Document Manager.

 

We had this issue previously, it had something to do with a server service not starting.

Thanks for the post.

 

I've included the link to KB 38820 - Approved and published documents in MYOB Portal are not displaying the green tick in Document Manager below which steps through restarting the services for the Portal & Document Manager.  These steps should resolve the issue for you. Smiley Happy
