Portal - Tax Return stuck on "Signing"

Since last week I have three tax returns the client has signed but the task is stuck on "Signing". The portal says that the signature will be added in a moment however it has been days since the client approved it.

Hi @BenMuller

 

We are aware of an issue with documents sitting at the "Signing" stage and are working with our Certificate provider to resolve the isuse.

 

Once the issue has been resolved, documents that are pending "signing" will be signed and processed.  

 

You wont need to resend to the client, and the client wont need to do anything - they will just happen.

Will we receive an email once it has been properly approved?  Mine says "signing" too and they approved the documents yesterday....

Hi @LouiseG

 

once the signing is completed (and the document actually gets signed by the certificate), you will receive the email to let you know that its done.

 

So if you have a bunch of documents currently siitting in the "Signing" state, then you will get a bunch of emails in short succession for each document once they are all processed.
