We noticed that the latest update included functionality to use the pre-fill manager and download pre-fill reports directly into the tax return of a client. We were able to do this as a test for one client and it worked well.
Since then we have tried to change the permissions to give accountants access to the same function and the pre-fill manager link from the tax drop down has disappeared. The permissions that were changed were:
- Pre-fill Download and Save
- Pre-fill into Tax
- Pre-fill Open Report
- Pre-fill Report File Settings
These were all changed to allow the accountants access. Changing these back doesn't appear to fix the problem.
It doesnt make sense that allowing access has now removed acccess... is there something else happening?
