We're excited to announce a great new feature called Subscribe within our Knowledge Base system.
What is the Subscribe feature?
You can set any Knowledge Base article in our system to send you an automatic notification whenever it's updated with significant new information. We won't send out notifications for minor changes, only significant updates such as a resolution or workaround for a problem. If an event results in changes to a large number of articles at once, the notifications will be bundled together into a single email where possible.
And of course, you can discontinue your subscriptions anytime!
How do you Subscribe?
You'll find the "Notify Me" button at the bottom of every Knowledge Base article. Click the "Notify Me" and you have subscribed to the article!
To view or update your current Knowledge Base subscriptions, click on the "Notifications" tab located at the top of the page.
