I have currently got this error in with MYOB tech support, but not having much luck so far. Below is the error that my staff member is getting when using timesheets:
Once this error occurs, the timesheet entries are all wiped and need to be re-entered.
This is now happening anywhere from once a week, to daily.
Our IT tech and myself have tried to replicate the error by entering to the timesheet and essentially, mashing the keyboard, thinking that it was throwing the error when trying to save an incomplete or invalid entry.
We also uninstalled/reinstalled AO to the workstation at MYOB's suggestion.
I'm hoping that someone out there recognises this and might know how to deal with it - at my wits end here!
