My issue is when I scan documents from Quicksets on our printer into the Watchfolder the documents scan in OK but when I try to manipulate the document in PDF Manager (such as change the direction of the page to be landscape) an error appears:
"Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that the memory is corrupt."
Could you please help me with this issue?
Also, when I try to delete this file from the PDF Manager it comes up with an additional error which is:
"Fail to access file. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
These errors and others occur in early versions of MYOB PDF Manager.
We have recently released MYOB PDF Manager 1.8 which resolves this issue and others. This is available for download from our my.myob.com.au website.
I am currently using Version 1.8 and I am still having this problem.
As you are running version 1.8 we would need you to contact MYOB support on 1300 555 666 and provide a copy of the source document so we can investigate further with you.
