an employee loaded with a my.myob log in unable to send tax letters by email

When we try and send tax letters from her login there is an error that email is not set up.  When we go to the employee tab, there is "email address goes here" and un-editable.  I am updating from another log in with full acesss rights.

 

How do I update her email address?  she has a my.myob log in and her email address also shows on the Find Employees screen.

This answer to this one is not an obvious one, so hopefully other users will find it helpful too.

 

If you right click on the link E-mail Address Goes Here in the software, the field will be highlighted. You can start typing and you will notice that the email address field will immediately start updating.
