If anyone is still experiencing the error "No Internet Connection Found" when performing various actions, you'll want to check out Knowledge Base article 37131 right away.
The hotfix you'll find there solves an issue which resulted from a third-party site changing its address without warning last week.
Aside from the error message mentioned above, it may also be causing you to have problems logging in, or even an inability to load online help files.
You'll need to be on the latest version of AE in order to load this hotfix - the KB article has details on checking which version you're on.
