Hi All,

I am hoping someone in the Workforce Management Team can answer the following quries I have received after doing a demo with a client.

In Settings> Imports > is ther an ability to import work types?

The other question is regarding "Document Expiry Dates", there is a report, but will it trigger notification to Managers and Employees that the document is due to expire? for example, first aid certificate is due to expire.
