Jobkeeper eligible employees in ATO portal

I have entered the Jobkeeper details in MYOB and submitted to ATO and the report status in MYOB states the report has been accepted by ATO however when I login to ATO portal it states there is no data for eligible employees and this needs to be updated/entered. Why have my employees details nto been uploaded to ATO portal.

Re: Jobkeeper eligible employees in ATO portal

Hi @SJWatkins

When you log into the ATO's portal is it showing you the correct number of employees have been registered?  For example for three employees:

ATO Identify ScreenATO Identify Screen

If so, then the ATO has already received your employee's details.

Re: Jobkeeper eligible employees in ATO portal

But i entered these details when i enrolled in the JobKeeper scheme so why does the box below state that employed detials are required? If you read instructions a list of employees should appear.

Re: Jobkeeper eligible employees in ATO portal

Hi @SJWatkins

There are some differences between the ATO's instruction and what you might see if you are using STP.  The ATO is aware of this but have not confirmed when their web site will be updated.

The message is saying the details are required, it does not say that they do not have the details.

Re: Jobkeeper eligible employees in ATO portal

Hi @SJWatkins

In addition to the helpful information provided by @AlanT,  information from the ATO states that if an employer has reported using STP and JobKeeper codes, the individual employees will not be populated online. Only the total number of employees will appear.

You can amend the number of employees at this declaration if an error was made in your initial enrolment.

Please note that the STP data being sent through MYOB does include all relevant employee information such as TFN and DOB.

I hope this helps. Please do let us know if you need further help.

Cheers,
Clover
