One employee not showing jobkeeper top up on reports ie register detail and payroll category summary , previous reports show this but now its disappeared.

One employee not showing jobkeeper top up on reports ie register detail and payroll category summary , previous reports show this but now its disappeared.

i also checked his his eofy finalisation report in reporting centre and its not showing .  As stated going back over previous printed reports is was there.

just to note  I ran a zero payrun but still did not work.

Hi @lynpasseri 

 

Thanks for your post. Is the top up amount showing in the Payroll Activity report? If you go to the employee card>>Payroll Details tab>>Pay History>>Show Pay History for: Year-to-Date, is the top up amount displayed?

 

Is it the YTD amount that has disappeared or just for a certain period? Please feel free to provide screenshots of those reports, just make sure you remove any sensitive information from screenshots before posting.
