Re: Notifying ATO of eligible employees for JobKeeper

Hello

We are using AccountRight, however the jobkeeper tab is not showing for me in the payroll reporting centre, as mentioned by another poster previously.

I assume I should just sit tight, and wait, and see if it eventually shows?

thank you

Leigh

Re: Notifying ATO of eligible employees for JobKeeper

Hi @4winds

Sorry to hear that this tab hasn't appeared as of yet. Our team's currently investigating as to why some users do not have this tab available as of yet. I'll update you as soon as I have more information. Really sorry for the added stress caused by this, during this time.

Cheers,
Melisa

Hi,

The jobkeeper tab has not appeared for us either. Is there an expected date that this will be resolved?

Thankyou

Re: Notifying ATO of eligible employees for JobKeeper

Hi Everyone,

Sorry to hear that the tab has not appeared, to help us investigate further can you please troubleshoot the following. Can you please refresh the payroll reporting center using the following instructions:

  1. Go to STP settings in the Payroll Reporting center
  2. Select Start set up
  3. Follow through the STP setup screen and select I've notified the ATO
  4. Select save to complete set up

Please do let me know if this refreshes the window and the JobKeeper tab reappears.

Cheers,
Melisa
