Re: Notifying ATO of eligible employees for JobKeeper

Hi Melisa

In AccountEdge Pro the options don't exist as you mentioned:

  1. Go to STP settings in the Payroll Reporting center
  2. Select Start set up
  3. Follow through the STP setup screen and select I've notified the ATO
  4. Select save to complete set up

Can you advise of a resolution...

Thank you

Thanks for your post. The current instructions on how to report JobKeeper payments for AccountEdge users can be found on the following help article JobKeeper payments for AccountEdge

Re: Notifying ATO of eligible employees for JobKeeper

I've got the same issue in my STP reports showing 0.02 next to JOBKEEPER-START-FN01 when I had removed that category for all our employees for the next payroll process.

I'm also unable to view the JobKeepers Tab in payroll reporting and was on the phone to MYOB support yesterday for over an hour without any resolution.

Re: Notifying ATO of eligible employees for JobKeeper

the Jobkeeper tab is actually coming and going.  One minute it's there then it's not.  So maybe keep trying as I have done and eventually you strike it lucky.

Re: Notifying ATO of eligible employees for JobKeeper

Hi,

The JobKeeper tab still doesn't appear after following your suggestion.  Any idea when we can expect the JobKeeper tab to appear?

Re: Notifying ATO of eligible employees for JobKeeper

Hi Everyone

A change was made overnight to the Payroll Reporting Centre that should allow for those users that have been encountering intermittent troubles seeing the Jobkeeper tab now be able to see and retain that Jobkeeper tab.

We also recommend doing through the Checklist for your product (links below) to ensure that you have set up and processed the pays correctly to ensure that you do receive those subsidy payments from the government.
