Recently migrated to the online version and have not closed the FY18.
Went to pass EOFY Journals and received error message- "You may not enter transactions before beginning of your financial year ".
Spent - close to one hour with Customer service - who have no clue what to do nor do not understand the issue.
(Unlike previous - MYOB lacking competent team members).
(And it seems they have done away with the call return service).
Sorry- but am not happy with many recent experiences...........................

Depending on this can depend on if support can run a script over the file.
Current Financial year is 2019.
We migrated to the cloud version approx 1 month ago. At that time we had 2017/2018/2019.
When the data file was uploaded to the cloud version - the years we got were 2018/2019/2020.
