Online Chat for help that is intended for MYOB support personnel only and not for sharing with the community

Could we please have an online facility where we can lodge a Support Request to MYOB Support which is private (i.e: not visible to other MYOB Partners or Users) and receive a response when the MYOB team is able to address the issue?

I have an issue that I don't want to share the details of with the Community for client confidentiality reasons; I cannot afford to wait 30-60 minutes "on hold" on a phone call until someone is available to take my call.
