Unable to email Payment Summaries for 2019

Have been trying to email staff their 2019 payment summaries, not working! any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

 

Don't email from the Payment Summary Wizard.

Save the Payment Summaries to a file and then send them out through your email browser.

There is an email facility for Payment Summaries however I have also attempted to use this system and although no error occurs, no summaries are emailed. I have had contact with other MYOB payroll users who are also experiencing the same problem. The facility needs to be fixed or removed so that users know whether to use saved pdf files or not.

There was an issue with emailing payment summaries that has now been resolved.  For updates see the post AccountRight online emailing not sending
