Retained Earnings duplicated prior year earnings on rollover

Hi, I am using AccountRight Plus 2020.2.2 and my Balance Sheet and Trial Balance are out of balance due to the Retained Earnings duplicating the previous year's current earnings on rollover.

How do i fix this problem?

Please note, I have tried adding $1.00 and deleting to an account in Open Balance Setup and this hasn't fixed the problem.
