ATO error code: CMN.ATO.AUTH.011

I have two clients that I am constantly getting this code while trying to finalise STP Verification Report. I have started the STP Set up process all over again and checked my BAS Agent registration with the ATO against the client's software and everything is OK at their end and all information appears correctly in the MYOB data file and STP details, although the ATO did suggest putting in "1" against Branch No.

I have lodged numerous "0" pays and the reports are still being rejected.

Can someone suggest what information I am missing to allow this report to be lodged. I am panicking as I need to process new year's payroll this Friday and I still can't finalise 21/22 year.

Thanks for your post. ATO Error CMN.ATO.AUTH.011 means that the client you reported is not associated with the Agent ABN or Registered Agent Number you supplied when you set up STP. Our Help Article Fix rejected reports in Single Touch Payroll has information on this, it also suggests to update the STP details
