Closing a financial year, profit not posted retained earnings

Hello,

When closing the financial year, not all of the Income & Expense accounts have cleared out to zero. 

And therefore the Opening Retained Earnings for the new financial year out by the uncleared Income/Expense accounts.

Is there a way that this can be manually pushed through?

Thanks for reaching out. If you're still experiencing this can you please try clearing the AccountRight cache which can resolve some odd behaviour and display issues.

If that does not resolve the error, can you reply with a screenshot of the Balance Sheet and the Find Transactions windows for that account?
