EOFY Finalaisation Error

Hi, 

 

Has anyone elses EOFY finalisation not processed to the ATO? i have submitted and resubmitted by the Tick is still not changing to green and the ATO are saying they havent recieved anything.

Hi @KD4,

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

If you are still having trouble with this, could you please open the Payroll Reporting Centre (STP) > Reports > Select relevant payroll year > Find the finalisation event > What is the status next to the finalisation? (i.e. Accepted, Accepted with errors or Rejected)

 

If the status is showing as Accepted with errors, could you please click on the status and advise what the ATO error code is?
