EOFY not flowing through to MYGOV

Hello,

We have compleated our EOFY finisation, however only 1 employee has had their report as tax ready in their  ATO tab.

The other employee is not showing and reports for 2021/22 at all.

I called the suport number and was told it is a technical glitch and since been on hold for a long time ( 1 hour).

An answer would be nice please?

Could you please confirm if the employee in question has the green final indicator tick against their name in the EOFY tab?

Thanks for your reply.

There is a tick against all employees names, I am not sure about the green colour.

Hi @WillyOZ,

 

Yes, that's correct! If this tick is present next to the employee it means their finalisation has been sent from the software. I do recommend speaking with the ATO if the employee is still not showing as 'Tax Ready' as they may be able to advise further.

No problem, happy to help. 

 

You could un-finalise and re-finalise those affected employees to resubmit their totals, however, I'd still recommend speaking with the ATO to check why the delay is occurring.
