EOYF - allowances and paid rdo accrual not showing in gross amount

I ran EOYF and found that Gross salary/wage did not match the verification report so I ran the Payroll register for the financial year and found that if an employee was paid an allowance during the year it has not calculated into the rest of the employees income  for the year.  I had 1 employee that resigned in the year and was paid out her RDO accrual for the year and that was not included either.

How can this be fixed?  It seems to me that he may be a MYOB issue.

Re: EOYF - allowances and paid rdo accrual not showing in gross amount

Hi @tinka

Thanks for your post. The YTD verification report filters amounts by the ATO reporting categories assigned to the payroll category as per the ATO reporting requirements. This means that Allowances are reported separately in the YTD verification report, not included in Gross payments.

For the RDO amount, check the ATO reporting category assigned to the payroll category. If it's not Gross payments it will also be reported separately in the YTD verification report.
