Error code 9810 cannot connect to ato

Hi,

 

Anyone seen this?  Account edge cannot connect to ATO error code 9810.  I have been uploading STP every week since July last year.  When I go to finalise the year on STP, all employees figures are 0, but looking at the weekly report on STP all the figures are in there.  MOYB advised because I am on a MAC it is a key chain error in the background.  Anyone know a MYOB/MAC expert?  Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your post.

Keychain is part of the Mac system itself which handles secure passwords and certificates. 

 

Generally speaking if you are receiving that error it means the installed software certificate either hasn’t been added to the keychain system during the installation or there is an old certificate preventing the new one from being added into the keychain.

 

As this is to do with the security of the Mac system itself, I’d recommend consulting with an IT professional on adding that certificate to the keychain on your Mac.

Hi,

Thanks for your advise.  I changed my password on my mac under my user and it the error has gone away,  I read on the forum this tip.
