Hi there,
I want to export a report to excel. But it when I click the "export>excel" under menue bar it leaves me not giving any option. But there is no problem with PDF, XPS, CSV and TSV. I'm using office 365 and Excel has already been installed on my computer. So it does not accessed via a web browser. So please assist me on this matter.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I'm happy to assist, can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after you've attempted to export to excel and attach it to this thread.
