MYOB have become extremely disappointing with the amount of time on hold to talk to someone. It gets to the point where I now hang up. Then try to online chat. Same problem. There was a time, not that long ago when you could ring the Parnter number and actually get through.
Good way to lose business MYOB
You might find people either need help or in this case would like to set up the bank details in order to pay for the subscription.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting through to our phone support teams. When it comes to updating or providing bank details you can do that through your my.myob account, calling Partner support on 1300 555 117 or Accounts & Billing on 1300 793 130. Due to privacy laws we can't take payment details either here on the Forum or by Live Chat.
