Net Assets not equal to Total Equity

Client's Account Right MYOB Net Assets do not equal to Total Equity.

I have traced this back to a journal entry done on 1/7/12. This journal entry looks like it is a MYOB direct entry as I cannot go into it even when I restore a backup from that time (I can drill down into other GJ entries from that time.)

Every year since it has been out by the exact same amount ($58,985.50)

How can I fix this?

Thanks for your post. Generally if the net assets don't equal the total equity the file would need to be repaired by our teams, so I can take a look into this can you please send me a private message with the balance sheet. 

Update: File was needed to be sent for repair
