POOR SERVICE - FOR STP QUERY WILL BE ON HOLD FOR 3 HOURS

CURRENTLY ON HOLD - have ben advsied 73 calls before mine!  And dont have a call back service.  This is crazy!

MYOB service is terrible at the best of times but at the moment it is embarrasing.  I have wasted 2 hours so far, been transferred 3 times and ben hung up on when transferred again.

Hi maxine

 

My EOFY Finalisation amounts dont match the payroll summary amounts( or Payroll register or Payroll Activity- which all balance)

 

In one file only 2 employees out of 11 agree to what shows in EOYF Finalisation figures - BUT if I do it the old way and go prepare payment summaries they agree to the Payroll Summary so not sure why it isnt working in the STP/ ATO?

Myob's Suja has "reached out" regarding how Myob was blindsided by "an unprecedented increase in traffic". Myob Support is probably totally unprepared for what its client base has been planning for (EOFY, STP + compliance update all coming together).  If micro & small businesses were managed with as little perception, forethought, strategic planning and physical preparation they would not last in business.

I expect the "unprecedented increase in traffic" has something to do with the unprecedented number of failures in their software regarding EOFY processes.  Go figure!

I sincerely apologise for the current wait times, and I really appreciate your patience.

 

@KylieVWMB I would recommend running a $0 pay run to try and pull over all data for the year. You can find out more about this here- Completing a $0 Pay Run. Give this a go and let me know if you are still having trouble with the total amounts.
