Payroll Register and Summary of Payments not matching

Hi, my payroll register summary and my summary of payments that i have printed off payroll reporting are not matching.  I am not sure where i have gone wrong here.  Any ideas to get the figures to match? I have already run a 30 june zero pay run for everything to come over but no luck.

Hi @DC7 

Thanks for your post. The Payroll register report and the STP Summary of payments report both get their figures from the employee card>>Pay History. The difference is that the register report filters by the payroll categories while the STP reports filter by the ATO reporting categories. So if there's a difference between those reports the first place to start looking is the ATO reporting categories.
