Payroll Year set As final to Work

Hello 

I'm trying to  do EOFY Finalisation 

The Payroll year is set, 

All employee names Ticked, and yet the Green " Set as final" button is not working.

In the Final Indicator Colomn, not every body is Ticked, does this matter ? 

Not certain if I've missed a vital step

Hi @alisonMackay,

Thank you for your post. 

It sounds like some employees have already been finalised. If the remaining employees (without the tick) are also ready to be finalised, please only select these employees, you should then be able to set them as final.

Hi

It sounds as though some employees have been finalised already

I suggest that you tick the ones that havent been ticked and set to final.

If you need to refinalise any that have already been ticked you will need to remove finalisation first

Then tick again to finalise

Hi Sam 

Yes, I worked out how to line up all the final indicator ticks that night. 

However, when I try to Set as final, it still doesn't seem to go any further.

Still doesn't look to finalize. 

Do I need to call some?

So that we can investigate this further, could you please attach a screenshot of the EOFY window when you're trying to do this? 

Please hide/remove any personal employee details from screenshot/s.

Thanks for sending that through. 

I can see that the final indicator tick is present against each of your employees. This means their finalisation has already been sent from the software through to the ATO - nothing further you need to do.
