All the coloumns on my reports match except I have 15 employees' Leave hours which are different on both reports.
How do I fix this? I've been trying to talk to someone for 2 days and get passed around and put on hold and hung up on

Hi @FionaPerco,
Welcome to the Community Forum and sorry to hear about your experience. If your Payroll activity and Payroll register reports do not match in your AccountRight file, this generally indicates that a manual adjustment has been made in Pay History in the employee card.
If this is the case, you will need to change the Pay History back to what it was and process any changes/adjustments through Process Payroll. Then process a $0 pay to update STP. More information on this is available on our Community Forum post AccountRight reports don't match my STP reports.
