SOLVED - STP EOFY Finalisation - accepted with error

Hi,

I haven't been able to submit the STP via to ATO as the status for the payroll year 2021/22  as it shows all as 'Accepted with error' details shows below here:

  • A field contains invalid data (such as letters in numeric or date field)

Tried to call and has already been retyped all employee details and company details and nothing works. Tried to call again and being advised to download Hotfix, when opened that it just shows ' Data Not Unique error opening employee card' and kept asking me to locating the company file (which I have no idea where it is as I'm not a IT people).

It would be appreicaited if anybody could help as none of our staff could register for the tax return in regarding for this issue.

Current model used for MYOB:  2022.6.24.6864

So sorry, I've marked wrong one. I should mark Met and KylieRyan's suggestion as solution.
