Thanks Lisa, I've already tried the $0 pay run unfortunately didn't work. Still not getting any response back from customer service either.

Lisa's ( @LRBooks61 ) advice on how to fix this is correct so I'll just go through it in detail:
When you process the adjustment pay zero out all amounts/hours, enter the super amounts as a negative against the incorrect super category and a positive against the correct one.
I've done an example where $1300 has been paid against an incorrect super category. When I run the Payroll activity detail report $1300 is allocated to Super guarantee wrong:
I processed the adjustment pay, entering $1300 as a negative against the wrong category and a positive against the correct category, net pay is $0:
When I re-run the Payroll activity detail report, the $1300 has been transferred from the wrong category to the correct one:
