The MYOB organisation has not performed to a satisfactory level in relation to the STP EOFY process and it has seriously impacted on my view of the overall product.
Could MYOB improve the communication strategy. It is not an adequate level of customer service to expect a user to keep filtering through customer complaints hoping to identify issues that are similar to mine and wondering if the resolution provided will apply to my situation.
Please summarise issues that they have identified with the STP process for 2022 EOFY. The summary should contain a description of the issue and the process to correct it. Also, please provide evidence that the problem has been fixed or at least a timeframe by which it will be fixed.
I have spent more time than is necessary on this process through the year and I am still not confident that it won't happen again next year, as well as the next pay run.
I do not have confidence in the product or issue resolution process at the moment.
