Total value of orders is different compared to total sales value

As you can see that the "Total value of orders is different compared to total sales value " could you explain me why that is the case on my dashboard?

I have attached a photo to explain further. Thank you!

Thanks for your post. So that I can assist with this can you please tell me which software you are using, ie AccountRight or Essentials? Can you also tell me the first two digits of your serial number?
