Unlocking period

Hi, does anyone knows how to unlock a financial year period under administrator as tried several times still unable for this times

Hi @Kpjh 

Financial years are no longer rolled forward irreversibly - the normal Lock - under Security in Preferences controls this locked period - untick this box and you can go back as far as you like and enter things - and in some cases alter data.

This is both a very useful feature (if you know what you are doing) - but a curse if you do not - be careful - changes in prior years can have big effects.

And relock this preference after finishing.
