Year to date verification report shows zeros for Total Salary & Wages and also Gross payments

The Payroll Reporting - Year to date verification report is showing zero values for:
Total salary and wages as per payroll summary report and
Gross payments

There is only one employee (me), using only one pay category.  I have checked that the reporting categories are filled and correct.  If I print off the monthly pay slips, they all show the correct amounts.  

Logging into the Payroll Reporting Centre shows all the STP Report accepted with the correct amount, but the EOY finalisation sumissions were accepted with errors.

I am at a loss how to fix this.  Any help would be appreciated.

Got it sorted.  Saw another post suggesting to do a void pay run (dated 30 June & all zero figures).  It worked.

I am also having the same issue, all my fortnightly reports have gross amount, but my eoy report only shows super and tax.

How do I do a Void run? I have 17 employees all at Gross Zero?

Thanks for your post. Our Community Forum post How to send an Update Event has information and instructions on how to do a $0.00 pay to update the year to date figures to the ATO. If you're reporting for payroll year 21/22 please make sure you date the transaction 30/6/22.
