cancelation of my subscription

I contacted Myob to cancel my subscribtion over email but never had a reply. I called up and after a few loops the lady said the cancel department is close and I should call up tomorrow under the same number. I found then the online forum and disovered the cancel department is under 1300555123 and not 1300555111. I think it is Myob policy to misguide people into traps. Why would I trust them with my finances? 

They promised me 3 month free service only to send me an invoice after 2 month. 

Sounds criminal? I think Myob is a Mafia company, at least thats how they behave.
