problem with general ledger

I've been having issues running a category general ledger summary, it works if I run a single category but if I run multiple category report, I get a timeout issue.

I notice you're having a similar issue with the Category Balance Sheet report too. So we can investigate this further, please confirm what version of the software you're using and if there are more than one users who are experiencing this problem.

yes, Because i using an old version so my data not safe, I have updated the new version and it was solved
