Hi,

I am trying to print out the general edger in MYOB Business Basics and it is coming up with This report is not avalable for closed, purged or preconversion periodsi

Hi @gmahart 

That message means that the period you have selected when trying to run the report is either in a closed period, such as a previous financial year that has been rolled over, has been purged from the file or is a period before the conversion date within the file.

If the dates are in a previous financial year you would need to restore a backup from before that financial year was rolled over to run the report.
