Access Denied while Accessing Company file from sandbox

Hi All,

 

when i try access this URL "http://localhost:8080/accountright/" the api give me the perfect response

But when i try to access the company file http://localhost:8080/AccountRight/be072204-9337-4a31-8478-495a47cb6aba/Sale/Invoice

i tried using both Headers  Authorization: Basic mHwrS6VJSszzZqsowCGQgw== &&  x-myobapi-cftoken: mHwrS6VJSszzZqsowCGQgw== including x-myobapi-version: v2 at the end but no luck. can anyone help me out on this.
