Access denied for Sandbox company file

Hi,

I am getting Access denied repsonse while accessing Sandbox shared company file. It seems like someone has changed the password of shared file , hence the issue. I have contacted My Developer support, but they are closed till Jan 15 for Xmas break. Is there anyway , someone can fix this issue. I believe this is going to affect all developers who are actively developing solutions using Shared company file.
