Thanks for reaching out to us and Welcome to the Community Forum. The Developer inactive error suggests that our API cannot read your API key. This is caused by either the x-myobapi-key header missing from your request or the key that is being used is not active. 

We recommend that you reach out to us at developers@myob.com and send us through a full HTTP Trace so we can take a closer look.
